The Queen’s Park Community Association, Inc. was
incorporated in 1976. Our purpose is to promote the
civic, economic, educational and social welfare of
the residents and property owners of the community.
We are committed to leadership and service to assure
that all community property is maintained in a safe,
pristine manner. We foster a spirit of unity and
cooperation among persons having interests and
activities related to our community.
The Queen’s Park Community Association, Inc., or
QPCA, serves Queen’s Park I, Queen’s Park II, and
Cambridge Crossing at Queen’s Park with a total of
450 homes. Queen’s Park I, developed in 1973, was
the first phase of our community and includes 62
semi-detached homes. Queen’s Park II developed in
three phases from 1975 to 1980 includes 268
semi-detached homes.
The Cambridge Crossing Addition at Queen's
Park developed from 1988-1989 includes 120 homes.
Our list of 18 public roads include:
Centergate Court, Cork Lane, Fitz Court, Fox Court,
Gatewood Court, Greengate Way, Kings Road, Kings
Bench Place*, Middlegate Court, Notley Court, Notley
Road, Pebblestone Road, Princess Place*, Queen’s
Park Road*, Redgate Court, Vena Court, Vena Lane,
and Woodlawn Avenue*. The asterisk (*) denotes roads
where not all homes on street are designated as
Queen’s Park community. |

Anne Arundel County is responsible for providing
many services to the residents of Queen’s Park:
Police, Fire, Animal Control, Zoning, Department of
Public Works (DPW), and the Board of Education.

All homes within the Queen’s Park community have
been designated as a special taxing district. We are
one of approximately 62 of these special tax
districts in Anne Arundel County that have been
assigned to collect funding through the homeowner
tax bill. Please click on the above “Special

information.
